SPARK! Cultural Programming for People with Memory Loss

SPARK! is a free program for caregivers and loved ones experiencing beginning to mid-stage Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of memory loss.

SPARK! programs feature interactive experiences in a welcoming environment. Specially-trained Museum educators engage participants in lively discussions, art-making, encountering museum artifacts and other multi-sensory activities.

Jewish Museum Milwaukee is working with the staff of the Adult Day Center at the Jewish Home and Care Center to create meaningful activities that SPARK! participants in conversation and creativity.

2019-2020 DATES & TOPICS

SPARK! Programs start at 10 am and last for an hour and a half. Each program is followed by an opportunity for participants to socialize.

April 3: Chagall Tapestry: Creating a Community Treasure
