dsc0801-version-2Community Free Days are designed for Milwaukee County residents to explore the Jewish Museum Milwaukee for FREE! Learn about the Jewish community of Milwaukee through stories of immigration, Holocaust survivors, Golda Meir in our permanent exhibit. Then experience Allied in the Fight: Jews, Blacks and the Struggle for Civil Rights.

In connection with Allied in the Fight, the Milwaukee Repertory Theater will perform a live excerpt from a new play ripped from the headlines, Until the Flood. Until the Flood is based on interviews conducted with community members in Ferguson, Missouri, and was written by noted playwright Dael Orlandersmith. There will be two readings at 1:30 pm and 2:00 pm.
