Amy Ferrante-Gollwitzer has been making and providing great food for over four decades. Built through generations on family recipes, an Italian-based, diverse and evolving menu, hard work, and a loyal customer base, Ferrante’s restaurant is a familiar and favorite North Shore haunt.
Over the years that Amy has been at the helm, she has expanded the way Ferrante’s Restaurant & Signature Catering feeds and services its clientele, including a specialty in kosher catering. For Milwaukee’s Jewish community that trusted provision comes in many forms including life cycle events, parties, programs and board meetings for numerous organizations, and overseeing all food-related operations at the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center. Amy will share stories and talk about the legacy and significance of the family-owned and run business.
This program will be presented virtually via Youtube and Facebook. You can also get it delivered to your email by signing up for our e-newsletter here below.
