In partnership with Growing Minds, Jewish Museum Milwaukee is offering two one day workshops for teens on mindful practices to reduce stress. Join us to see the newest exhibit, The Seventh Day: Shabbat Revisited, and participate in activities that help teens find strategies to make their own space for rest and rejuvenation.
