Shakespeare’s in the Alley: A Tribute to Bob Dylan explores the theme of social justice. A series of hand-stenciled fabric banners of varying lengths suspended from above create an immersive ‘virtual forest’ experience that pays tribute to the lyrics, poetry and socially-minded musical contributions of Jewish-American singer-songwriter and Nobel Prize in Literature recipient, Bob Dylan.
Tour this immersive text-based art installation with Door County artist and creator of the banners, Skye. Skye will discuss the power of words framed by Dylan’s long career and the contributions of arguably the most influential singer-songwriter, musician, performer and poet of the 20th and early-21st Centuries.
